Day 1: Arusha

On arrival at the airport, meet our experienced guide. You will then be chauffeured via the bustling town of Arusha to Arusha Coffee Lodge a perfect haven hidden amongst one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations.

Day 2 & 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

You will be driven to Arusha Airport, where you will board a flight to Manyara Airstrip. You will be collected and driven with fellow guests to &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. (approx. 1 and a half hour road transfer). You will explore the crater this afternoon. Linger for two nights in a sumptuous suite at &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. Your stay is on a full board basis, including game drives on the Crater floor and park fees.

The Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania is all about the game experience. Activities to take part in are thus, centred around the wildlife and the magnificent surrounding wilderness. The landscape is rich with spectacular wildlife viewing opportunities. Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is rich with luxurious comforts that perfectly compliment this extraordinary place. Day 4 & 5: Serengeti National Park (Singita Lamai)

Return to Manyara Airstrip, where you will board your morning flight to Lamai airstrip. Your guide will welcome you and assist with the transfer to Singita Mara River Camp your home for the next two days.

Daily game drives with professional guides provide the perfect opportunity to get up close to Africa’s incredible animals. The game drives are all conducted in state-of-the-art Land Cruisers, each accommodating a maximum of six guests. The location of Singita Mara River Tented Camp provides excellent opportunities to view the river crossings of the annual wildebeest migration. As the Lamai triangle forms part of the Serengeti Mara ecosystem, you will experience year-round concentrations of plains game, big cats, elephant and enormous populations of crocodile and hippo in the Mara River.

Day 6, 7 & 8: Serengeti National Park (Singita Grumeti)

You will have morning game viewing drive followed by lunch at the camp. Later, your guide will assist with the transfer back to Lamai airstrip for your 1520hrs flight to Sasakwa airstrip arriving at 1545hrs. You will have game viewing drive en route to Singita Faru Faru Lodge. Spend the next three days with morning and afternoon game drives including lodge activities.

Singita Grumeti, situated adjacent to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, is an integral part of the Serengeti-Mara Ecosystem, the home of the Great Migration. The reserve was created by the Tanzanian government in 1994 in order to protect the path of the annual wildebeest migration and the indigenous biodiversity of this vast and important ecosystem. In 2002, the Grumeti Community and Wildlife Conservation Fund, a not-for-profit organisation, was granted the right to manage and conserve these 350,000 acres, for the benefit of Tanzania, Africa and the world. Four years later, Singita took over the management of the property, at the request of the concessionaire and began the task of generating, via low impact tourism, the funds necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of the reserve through conservation and community partnerships.

Day 9: Arusha – Departure

Wake up at sunrise for your last game drive; who knows, you may see some wildlife that you hadn’t seen before. Return to the camp and collect your bags and transfer to the airstrip for your Scheduled flight to Arusha airport. A day room has been reserved for you at the Arusha Coffee Lodge where you will get some time to freshen up before being transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
